Intercessory Prayer Team
Leader: Lee and Rose Vawser

Prayer is the connective tissue that attaches us to the Source of life.

Prayer is communication where we both speak and listen for the voice of God's Spirit among us.

Prayer is both private and public and allows complete honesty concerning our longings, our needs, our deisire, fears and doubts.

Prayer is at the very center of a relationship of trust with the living God.

Prayer ministry begins in worship each week as we lift one another and the needs of the world to God as a believing community.  Prayer ministry continues in each home as each family and each person speaks and listens for the urgings of the Spirit in their own way.  And prayer ministry returns back to the church community as we meet on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 for intercessory prayer.

This time of calling upon God is usually held in the chapel or the sanctuary and any and all are welcome to attend.  Sometimes the meeting time may have to be changed so contact the church office 402-373-4371 or the above email address for the specific time that week.  If you feel God is calling you to use your voice in praying for the needs of the church and the world, we invite you to join us in this time of prayer.
